9.30 am ---Arrive at the Restaurant.
A traditional Italian breakfast awaits you with homemade jams, espresso and cappuccino.
10.00 am---Hands-on Cooking Lesson with Rosaria.
She will share with you her special techniques and traditional recipes for Cavatelli and seasonal dressing, a meat course, side dishes and dessert.
12.30 pm---Aperitivo together with a glass of good white wine.
1.15 pm---A tavola!
At the end of the lesson, we will enjoy your creations while tasting some other local wines from around the beautiful region of Molise
